The audit of the certification process is based on two evaluation criteria:
1- Traceable Recycled Plastics: Typically derived from post-industrial plastics scrap which are used internally by the molders or exchanged and / or sold as first quality Recycled and molded thereto products (up to 50% virgin material) or molded into technical products.
2. Non-traceable recyclable plastics: typically derived from post-consumer plastics treated as waste and collected by cooperatives, subsequently recovered, reprocessed and reused in less noble but honest products in the performance of their duties.
For post-industrial recycled plastics, 03 samples are taken and specimens are produced in accordance with specific standards and then tested: Density Relative Viscosity or Fluidity Index Impact Resistance Tensile Strength HDT Dielectric Strength For post-consumer recycled plastics , 05 samples are taken and specimens are produced in accordance with specific standards and then tested: Density Relative Viscosity or Fluidity Index Impact Resistance Tensile Strength HDT Dielectric Strength
Plastic Recyclers must comply with the REACH Regulation and thus provide the Safety Data Sheet -Recycled (SDS-R). The SDS-R can be generated by type of recycled plastic: post-industrial or post-consumer. It can also be obtained for atypical situations and generated by specific tests and tests (eg experimental engineering tests).
Consulting and Consulting
FIRST STEP: Collect Data Our team of experts will conduct a survey of data on all operations, recycling services, productive aspects, and activity management, aiming at operational excellence.
STEP TWO: Analysis and Identification We will verify the social importance of the company and its environmental impact and develop an action plan to optimize the recycling and homogeneity of the recycling in order to obtain the quality seal. The primary objectives are: To reduce of Cost, to Maximize the efficiency of operation, Minimize environmental impact, certify and add value to the post-industrial or post-consumer recycled product
STEP THREE: Recommendations We prepare and present a certification project for recycled plastics to the companys leadership, with due process and implementation stages , cost reduction and recycling of the recycled product.
STEP FOUR: Implementation and Monitoring After approval, our team of specialists will implement with the clients leadership the launch of the project, providing monitoring and monthly reports (technical indicators report) with all stages of the project.
SERVICE CONTRACT: Our service contracts detail the project and our terms and conditions beyond our rates - which may be calculated by weekly or monthly work hours.
In the modern world, providing a great product coupled with a great consumer experience is a great challenge. Many are unaware of the value of recycling as a promoter of products that reflect the general good for society. Our goal will be to educate the productive chain that our customers are inserted to recognize this value and understand the importance of social products created from the recycling industry. Of course, before that, our clients will need to understand the value that their activities and products can acquire through the construction of their brands, bringing them to a different level, and giving them a good reputation in the market, and this will be the role of Aceplas , to help our clientele to constantly move towards a good project, translated by a social product of economic importance for the company and society.
Forums and congresses
The objective of our forums, congresses and workshops will be to present the concepts and tools of strategic planning, within the premise of sustainable development: processes, stages, objectives, goals, strategy construction, action plans and technical indicators, helping our customers to consolidate a good reputation in the productive chain in which they are inserted. Professionalism and Voice need to be provided to Recyclers as relevant agents in the so-called Good Industry.
Despite the long history of Plastics in the world industry, recycled plastic still belongs to a young industrial area because a culture of recycling was not developed when plastics were first used in their first life, in a generalized way. The most modern technology recycling industry only began to be developed in the last 20 years in the first world countries. Thus, some Training are considered fundamental:
1- Selection of Recycled Plastics
2- Introduction to Recycling of Plastics
3- Tests and tests for Recycled Plastics
4- Sustainable Plastics 5- Drawing to recycle
Seal certification project
The Seal certification project for recycled plastics basically includes 03 parts: pre-certification, quality assured certification and ongoing auditing based on technical indicators. The seal will be the ultimate symbol of quality expression and commitment to the environment. In short, the very expression of insertion in the Industry of the Good.
